The new composition of the government and the government program - "For the construction of the European state" – have been submitted to the Parliamentary Bureau for consideration. In addition, the Bureau approved the hearing of the last report of the President on the agenda at the first session of the plenary session on February 6.

The process of expressing confidence in the new composition of the government and the government program will be held first at parliamentary committees, factions and political group meetings, and then at the plenary session.

As Prime Minister-designate Irakli Kobakhidze said, only Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze will be replaced in the government team. Irakli Chikovani has been nominated for this post.

For information, Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili announced his resignation on January 29, after which his authority was terminated, and all ministers have become acting ministers.
