The son accused of murdering his father was imprisoned as a preventive measure

The Tbilisi City Court in Gldani sentenced the son arrested for the murder of his father to prison as a preventive measure.

The prosecution demanded the use of imprisonment as a preventive measure, and the defender of the defendant's interests submitted a motion for the release of his client on bail in the amount of 5,000 GEL. The judge did not approve the said petition

As the defender of interests noted during the trial, his client did not try to hide, including, did not influence the witnesses.

"At this stage, I will use the right to remain silent. I don't have that amount now. If you can help me with anything, I will be grateful. It would be good if I were granted bail," said the accused.

The next court session in this case will be held on April 16 at 11:00.
