"According to our information, on the personal initiative of Aslan Bzhania, there was an attempt to cancel the previously adopted law on Bichvinta country houses, which limits the transfer to third parties, in the constitutional court of Abkhazia. "Unfortunately for Aslan Bzhania, the majority of judges, except for the chairman, voted against him," the statement said.
