According to Salome Zurabishvili, the so-called technical government will be responsible for the implementation of this action plan.
"I want to start meetings with the parties on Monday, so that there is little time left before the elections and we can start negotiations regarding specific candidates. The parties will have the opportunity to submit ministerial candidacies. Politicians, so far, at this stage - no.
