GEL 3,000 bail has been ordered for Davit Gorgodze, who was detained on charges of attacking Tako Charkviani and her husband at the Kutaisi airport.
The detainee was given a 25-day deadline to pay the bail, after which he will be allowed to leave the detention facility.
GEL 3,000 bail had been demanded by the prosecution. The amount of bail was objected by Davit Gorgodze, but the objection has been denied.
The next court session will be held on January 17.
Publicist Tako Charkviani and her husband were assaulted by several persons at the Kutaisi airport a few days ago. 1 person was arrested under criminal procedure, while 3 persons were detained under administrative procedure in connection with the incident.
