Irakli Shotadze is ready to return to the position of Prosecutor General. Irakli Gabisonia, the Dean of the Department of Law and International Relations of the Technical University told InterPressNews that the candidature of Irakli Shotadze was submitted for the position of Prosecutor General in agreement with Shotadze himself.

"Naturally, the candidate has to agree. His written consent is needed. Several candidates were considered, including Mr Irakli's candidacy. Then the list of candidates was sent to the Academic Council and they selected Irakli Shotadze's candidacy and submitted it to the body that decides the issue.

Irakli Shotadze really works at Department of Law and International Relations of the Technical University, he is an Associate Professor”, - Gabisonia said.
