New York reports lowest number of coronavirus-related deaths in the last 24 hours

New deaths from Covid-19 dropped to 84 in New York, which is the lowest figure since the state went under lockdown. Governor Andrew Cuomo called the above “a sign that we are making real progress.”

“What we’re doing is working,” Cuomo said.

The United States ranks first in the world in terms of coronavirus cases and deaths. More than 1.6 million cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country, with more than 98,000 people killed. Coronavirus has hit New York State hardest, with at least 360,000 people infected and more than 29,000 killed.
