According to the Prime Minister, there is talk of filing a constitutional lawsuit, which, according to his explanation, requires a small number of deputies.
At the same time, Kobakhidze says that, on the other hand, the opposition is so weakened today that it may not be necessary to take such measures.
"During the pre-election period, we talked about declaring political parties unconstitutional. We associated this with obtaining a constitutional majority, although if these people continue like this, we may take this step even without a constitutional majority. If they continue to go against the constitutional arrangements, in this case they will mature the appropriate decision. However, once again, they have little resources to do so, so I think they will stop very soon. They will receive appropriate instructions, and I don't know unfortunately or fortunately, they will find themselves on the seats in the parliament.
